   Proposal Description:
   Aims:  1. To compare clinical, biomarker and genetic features between ADAD with and without LBP as well as between neuropathological confirmed LOAD with and without LBP  2. To investigate potential associations of distinct distributions of Lewy body pathology with clinical, biomarker and genetic parameters in autosomal dominant Alzheimer?s disease and neuropathologically confirmed LOAD  3. In particular to test a Parkinson polygenic risk score with regard to the predictive value of LBP and clinical features of Parkinson syndromes in ADAD and neuropathologically confirmed LOAD. For genetic data a separate data request will be submitted to NIAGADS and the ADGC.    Required data:  Comprehensive most recent clinical (UDS), biomarker (pre-processed MRI, PET and CSF data if available), genetic (including ApoE genotypes and ADAD mutation types) and neuropathological data (including assessments for AD and LBP) on all ADAD and autopsy proven LOAD cases.
